About
Bio
On October 11, 1986, in Piacenza, Italy, Davide was born. He travelled all over the world, always seeking out natural and architectural beauties. As a young man, he traveled a great deal, developing a bravery and a curiosity that remains with him to this day.
At age 16, Davide’s heart was set on becoming an architect, a passion that has never cooled. Architecture, its history, art, urban planning, and product design are all among his inviolable passions.
At the age of 18, after a year as a student in Wisconsin, Davide applied to Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy, to study “Scienze dell’Architettura.” Politecnico di Milano is famous for its professors and alumni, some of whom were great thinkers and practitioners. They include Gio Ponti, Gae Aulenti, Marco Zanuso, Franco Albini, and Renzo Piano.
For the next five years, Davide navigated between the best parties Mila had to offer and his studies. At one point, he worked as a model and the in a few architecture studios (Studio Baires and Baukuh).
Ten days after celebrating his 24th birthday, on October 21, 2010, Davide was awarded his Master’s Degree in Architecture.
For his thesis, he collaborated with two very talented people, Margherita Azzi Visentini and Diana Balmori. He wrote his thesis while working between New York (where Diana Balmori had her studio) and Bern, Switzerland (where Visentini lived). This was one of the best times of Davide’s life . In 2011 Davide became a licensed architect at Ordine degli architetti di Milano.
Studio
After concluding a significant chapter of his career in Milan, Davide moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to embrace new creative challenges. During his initial years in California, Davide had the privilege of working alongside esteemed interior designers, which provided a fantastic foundation for his work in the region. It was also during this time that he met his husband, Shawn Partyka.
In 2015, Davide officially opened his Studio. Since the studio's inception, we have been fortunate to design several exceptional residences across a global portfolio, including projects in Beverly Hills, Malibu, Bel Air, New York, London, Chicago, Miami, Houston, and Bangkok.
